Component-level repair of legacy boards gives a second life to devices whose manufacturer support has ended. A three-layer diagnostic process — schematic analysis, functional test and component measurement — maps the fault, then required components are replaced via SMD or THT soldering. After repair, the board passes a 24-hour load test simulating real operating conditions before being returned to the field; the entire process is documented in a photographic report and delivered with a 12-month repair warranty.
