Infusion and syringe pumps are precision devices that must deliver medication doses accurately to the second. When they don't operate correctly, patient safety is directly at risk; this is why regular calibration, pressure-sensor adjustment and battery management require continuity throughout the device's lifetime. BTS provides full-scope service including flow calibration, pressure-sensor adjustment, battery management and electronic board repair.

Devices are tested in our lab under precise flow simulations; out-of-tolerance measurements are corrected via calibration or, when necessary, the electronic board is repaired at component level. Syringe-holder mechanisms, pressure sensors and occlusion-adjustment systems undergo detailed inspection; battery capacities are measured and replaced with manufacturer-approved batteries when required. The certificate issued post-service documents the device's readiness for both the hospital's technical department and inspection authorities.
