After the inventory is captured, maintenance frequency is defined per device based on criticality; site visits run on schedule. Risks identified during maintenance are sent to the hospital as a preliminary report; all maintenance records are kept digitally, reported monthly to hospital management and can be used as evidence during audits. This approach lowers per-device operating cost while providing uninterrupted infrastructure for patient safety.
